1、Log on www.ciitarfid.org/application.asp to download the Application Sheet, or come to fetch it.
2、Do read the Sheet carefully.
3、Fill out the Application Sheet with seal.
4、Email, fax, express or send required documents to the Alliance, including:
（1）Application Form
（2）License Copy
5、The Alliance will reply the proposer with written notification through email or fax within ten working days.
5.1 If approved, the Alliance will fax or mail the Approval Notification to the proposer.
5.2 If not, the Alliance will email or call up the proposer for more documents, and re-check the documents after receiving them.
6、The proposer is responsible to pay the member fee within ten working days on receipt of the Approval Notification.
7、The Alliance will send the proposer Membership Certificate, Invoice Paper with express and advise of the Username and Password.
